Senior Yoga is a gentle and supportive class tailored specifically for mature adults, designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. As your instructor, I will guide you through safe, accessible movements that accommodate various levels of mobility and health. Focus on mindful stretches, strength-building exercises, and relaxation techniques to improve joint mobility, strengthen muscles, and boost your energy.

Strong & Steady is where strength meets a little sass and a lot of intention. This class is all about building strength the slow, satisfying way, no rushing, no flinging yourself about, and no shouting “feel the burn”.
Expect a steady flow with longer holds, simple transitions, and plenty of time to actually feel what you’re doing. We’ll work the muscles, support the joints, and keep the breath smooth and steady, so you leave feeling quietly powerful rather than completely wrecked.
There are options along the way, because bodies change, energy shifts, and some days we’re fierce, some days we’re just doing our best. Both are welcome here.

For five days, we’ll travel with our own private boat and local crew, giving us the freedom to move with the weather and the mood of the day. One morning might be snorkelling in clear blue water, another could be a relaxed kayak or a quiet swim — or simply sitting back and watching the islands drift by.
Accommodation is part of the experience. You’ll spend three nights at Menjaga Bay, a truly unique resort set in a peaceful part of Komodo, along with one night at the beautiful Sudamala in Labuan Bajo, two nights in Bali, and one unforgettable night glamping under the stars on a quiet beach.
