
Take a gentle pause at the end of the weekend and join me for a special International Women’s Day session designed to help you slow down, soften, and deeply relax.
Rest & Set is a two-hour experience combining gentle yoga, breath awareness, and extended relaxation to calm the body and mind.
The session begins with 75 minutes of slow, floor-based yoga to ease tension, release tight areas, and encourage steady, mindful movement. The focus is on moving comfortably and allowing the body to gradually settle.
We then transition into 45 minutes of deep relaxation accompanied by singing bowls, where the calming vibrations help guide the nervous system into rest and stillness.
This session is suitable for all levels, including beginners. The emphasis is on comfort, relaxation, and giving yourself permission to slow down.
Please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow or cushion
• Water bottle
Creating a cosy space will help you settle comfortably during the extended relaxation.
Come as you are and allow yourself a quiet evening to rest, reset, and reconnect.
