I’ve been teaching yoga for over 10 years and love sharing a mix of styles including Vinyasa, Chair, Restorative, Gentle Yoga and relaxed, social classes like Sip & Stretch. My classes are all about moving in a way that feels good for your body, slowing down when needed, and creating space to breathe, reset and reconnect.
I believe yoga doesn’t need to be complicated or intimidating. Whether you’re completely new, getting back into movement, or have been practising for years, my classes are designed to feel welcoming, relaxed and supportive.
Alongside regular classes, I also host yoga retreats around Rockhampton and Yeppoon, as well as beautiful getaway experiences in places like Bali, Komodo, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Think gentle yoga, good food, cultural experiences, time to unwind, and a chance to properly switch off from everyday life.
