
Strong & Steady is where strength meets a little sass and a lot of intention. This class is all about building strength the slow, satisfying way, no rushing, no flinging yourself about, and no shouting “feel the burn”.
Expect a steady flow with longer holds, simple transitions, and plenty of time to actually feel what you’re doing. We’ll work the muscles, support the joints, and keep the breath smooth and steady, so you leave feeling quietly powerful rather than completely wrecked.
There are options along the way, because bodies change, energy shifts, and some days we’re fierce, some days we’re just doing our best. Both are welcome here.
Perfect if you like your yoga strong, steady, and a little bit smug-in-a-good-way by the end.
